Friendly Footsteps completed

The mural is complete. It is hanging in one of the gardens at Friends Village. It can be viewed by many different locations inside the building. It is really beautiful. I am so proud of all the residents who participated!

Friends Village Residency 2

I have been working with seniors at Friends Village again this spring. We are making a small ceramic mosaic sign that will hang in one of the gardens at the Village. Friends used clay molds and stamps to make relief tile of garden flowers and winged insects( only the good kind!)

Happy New Year/ Random Stuff

It has been 2 Years since I started this blog! Here are a few pics of some things I have been working on over the past few months.

I hope to be working with Elders again at Friends Village and continue to teach kids at both Appel Farm in Elmer NJ and at Quinton School in Quinton NJ. My students work can be seen on the Artsonia web site. You can view their work by entering in either Quinton Twp or Appel Farm on Artsonia's web page.

I have ben working on several handmade books. This on is on Greek vase shapes. I am also continuing on my series "Nature and Geometry".
