Today we had our "closing event". The labyrinth is almost finished. I feel like Galloway Township is my "home away from home". I really enjoyed working with both the kids and the staff. The labyrinth will be a place for students to go when they need a little quiet time on the playground. Everyone is so proud of their work! My hope is that all students who participated will explain the work we did, and the process and the meaning of the project to all the students in the school. Hopefully the story of its creation will be passed down from class to incoming class. Thank you so much to the students, and to Mrs. D, Ms. Jes, Ms. Katie, Ms. Kim and especially Cathy Hilferty for all the work you did to help make this project successful!
Walk the path to the heart center. Remember your animal and plant friends. Remember our time together.
